Dear Customers and Partners,

Our Parent Company in Japan, Asklep, Inc. and all of its overseas subsidiaries have been delivered to Itochu Corporation since June 2, 2014 and will be combined with another contract research organization (CRO), the Acronet Corporation, owned by ITOCHU Corporation in the near future.  As a result, the company name of ASKLEP, Inc. has been changed to A2 Healthcare Corporation. Starting from that day, all of its overseas subsidiaries have started the processes of shareholder transferring and renaming. Our Company (former name: ASKLEP TAIWAN Inc.) has also changed its name upon official approval in August to A2 Healthcare Taiwan Corporation. The business administration number, telephone number and fax number all remain unchanged as well as our company address. Starting from Sep 1, 2014, the new company name will be employed for all business conduction while our company will not actively propose to change any contracts and agreements signed under the former name unless customers request. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused owing to change of company name. Your kindly understanding will be greatly appreciated. We sincerely wish your continuing encouragement and support.
